The Time Line and why it’s needed

Your time line is how the unconscious mind encodes and stores your memories. It is a largely unconscious process and you may be more or less aware of it from time to time. Time line therapy techniques give us a way to resolve significant events in a person’s past. We can also release the negative emotions in memories quickly and easily. The release of these emotions then has an effect on the person’s behaviour. Time line therapy also allows us to re-evaluate the past and change any decision that limits us.
