Imagine and create the year you want in this day of creation and collagé. A vision board is a tool used to help clarify, concentrate and maintain focus on specific life goals. Together we will complete practical exercises to reflect on the year ahead before using collagé and art materials to create individual vision boards. Your vision board will display images that represent whatever you want to be, do or have in your life this year. Discover the fun, focus and inspiration in vision boards for self-care, goal setting and inspiration.

Most people have not given serious thought to exactly what that means (or looks like) to have a “better life” . For some, a better life might mean having a new car or home. Others may be seeking a new relationship or improvements in existing relationships. Doubtless you have heard it said that most of us never get what we want because we don’t know what we want. By envisioning what your “better life” looks like and then creating a vision board it will serve as a tangible representation of what you want. Making a vision board is a wonderful way to bring clarity to that general desire and turn it into an achievable goal.
You will be guided by a step by step creative process where you will explore and use collage to assist you in clarifying your vision and intentions for your best life. What is a vision board? A collage you make from images and words cut from magazines, photos you bring, objects that inspire you.
Vision Boards are a powerful way of checking in with your desires, living in alignment with who you really are, and living a fulfilling and meaningful life. I have been running Vision Board workshops for the last five years, and personally creating vision boards for the last ten years. In this time I have seen some powerful results, the intention and visions being created after spending this time connecting and creating. In this workshop, we will reflect on the learnings from the past year, create a “mission statement” or “purpose”, and a vision board for the next year and beyond. Using the creative process to transform, a group to reflect with, and a space to connect the internal and external.
Vision boards are used in many ways to help refocus and to manifest the life we want.
The idea behind this is that when put energy into something, and when you surround yourself with images of who you want to become, what you want to have, where you want to live, or where you want to travel to, your life changes to match those images and those desires.
A vision board is a wonderful tool to help you get clarity on your goals, a guide to help you make decisions that will support your dream life, and an elegant representation of your why- why you’re taking the time and effort to make a change for the better!
Here is how you can have your own vision board workshop:
A vision board is a visual representation of your dreams, your desires, and your goals. When you think about what you’re putting on your vision board, you’re not putting on your vision board what you want to GET. Instead, you’re putting down on your vision board what you want to CREATE
