It’s quite customary to take care of our physical health and vitality. We shower, brush our teeth exercise and take care of our hygiene and external appearance. So what about our emotional health? Why not take time each day to take care of emotional hygiene, to make sure that it functions to the best of its ability?
Our emotional health minds are our greatest and most precious resource. The mind is the source of our happiness or anxiety, resilience or fragility, productivity or unproductiveness. How unusual that we take so little time to care for our greatest asset.
